How many cups will I need for my guests?
This is largely depends on number of guests attending your event. As a general guide, an average of 40 cups will serve around 40 to 60 people events in about 1 hour. We can be flexible if people order extra within our service time, you can pay for any extra cups ordered. For large event (i.e. >1000 attendees), user pay option is available, as a general guide, an average of 10% to 20% of attendees may require coffee.
The number will also depends on other factors such nature of the event, timing, season etc.
How many people can we cater to?
Generally we have experience to cater for small groups from 40 people to large event of over 5000 attendees. If you have more than 1000 attendees, please contact us on 0415 800 629 to discuss options.
What do you need to set up?
We will require an approx. 5.5mx3.5m of relatively flat space to set up / serve.
Our vehicle is self-contained with a generator and doesn’t require external power & water to operate. However, if power supply is available, 1 x 15 amp power connection would be preferrable.
What type of coffee are you able to serve?
Includes Caffe Latte, Flat White, Cappuccino, Caffe Mocha, Long Black, Espresso, Doppio, Piccolo, Macchiato, Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate and Tea Tonic Tea.
Will you provide different types of milk?
We provide full cream, skim and lactose free milk in our standard package.

Things I need to know before booking?
- All our beverages are served in a standard size (8oz) take away compostable cup.
- Will require 1 x15 amp power or for larger functions.
- Prices exclude venue fee, permit / license fee that may be charged by location manager or Council. Please contact the location manage or local Council prior to booking.
- Additional travel surcharge may apply subject to event location.
- 1-hour package – local bookings only (Adelaide CBD and surrounding suburbs); all other bookings incur a minimum 2 hour rate.
- Any additional cup ordered within our service time will be charged for $4.5/cup.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remainder to be paid in full prior to event or on event date.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund, we are unable to refund for cancellation made less than 7 days.
